At Clifton Rentals, we get it—you want to protect your investment and boost your returns. To do that, you need a well-maintained property and reliable tenants. Let us handle the details so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your property is in good hands and consistently rented.

Our commitment is to be with you all the way. We charge you just one simple, all-inclusive management fee per month and then we take responsibility for looking after your property, keeping it occupied with good tenants and ensuring that the increasingly complex NSW regulatory obligations on landlords are met.

  • We don’t charge a letting fee to find tenants for your property.

  • We don’t charge for reletting if your tenant leaves.

  • We don’t charge you if we must appear for you at the NCAT Tribunal.

  • And we don’t charge annoying “sundries” or other bits-and-pieces that no one can explain to you......

………just one monthly fee and we take care of everything else.
